Techniques to Overcome Challenges: Strategies to Become Resilient

In life, challenges are inevitable for everyone. However, rather than becoming immobilised by them, At our CBSE school we teach that what we should be doing instead of being stuck on it is understanding the problem, remaining calm and then thinking about what is the best action in this particular situation that will help in overcoming these obstacles or solve it step by step by implementing it.

Keep in mind that this challenge is only temporary: Recognizing the impermanence of problems is crucial; reminding yourself of their transitory nature can be a source of strength. You have to set in your mind that the problem will go away and encourage yourself regarding the situation so that you can handle it like a pro!

Ignore: Whenever you are going through a mental health problem like depression or anxiety then journalling is a must. At that point of time in our life, we are mostly not in control of our thoughts and when we journal every piece of heart and the way we are thinking, we will slowly know that we might be thinking negatively, with regular practice will be able to control our thoughts and slowly and steadily get in touch with what we feel and want and we will be able to understand our surrounding and ourselves better.

Learn patience and believe in yourself: Have confidence that you can do everything in life and become whatever you want and for that to accomplish, you need to embrace patience because you will always get what you want and there is never a perfect time for it to happen. If you are determined you will reach your goal and conquer all the barriers. It is itself an accomplishment to clear limitations that are coming in your goal’s journey and it will create happiness within yourself that you are clearing these bumps one by one and eventually coming closer to becoming what you want. 

Be realistic and positive: Be positively realistic, for instance, if you want to become a singer for that getting a contract directly through an agency is possible but a little difficult because you might not have enough people in your contact for that, so for this, you first need to do networking through meeting people, participating in reality shows or releasing music on Youtube and also sometimes take help from your friends and build your resume through this. As of today your experience and your talent matter. So if you have talent and experience you will reach your goals speedily, powerfully and more proficiently.
