Student should be of the age mentioned below by the 31st July of the preceding academic session, of the session, admission is sought for.

Selection Criteria

At Khaitan World School we do not believe in formally assessing young children for admission purposes. We strongly believe that all children are able and capable of achieving their best under the right guidance and environment. At KWS, our parents will be our partners in learning and we would like to know more about them and their child, understand their expectations and dreams. This will take place through an interaction with the parents and the child.Adhering to the RTE act, post the interaction your form will go through a draw-of-lots and an offer will be made.

Admission Procedures
  • For applications to KWS, please call us or schedule a visit to our campus by booking a slot through our website.
  • Please click here to register
  • Once the form is submitted with the requisite registration fee, an interaction appointment with our Admissions Team will be scheduled. Confirmation of admission will be communicated to you via email from the Admissions Team, following which you will be prompted to complete the detailed Admission Form.
  • Parents are encouraged to have digital copies of the following documents on hand while filling out the Admission Form:
Documents Required
  • Photographs of Child & Both Parents
  • Birth Certificate
  • Aadhar Cards of the Child and Parents
  • Address Proof
  • Previous School Report Card
  • Transfer Certificate (for Class II and onwards, duly attested by CBSE)
Admission Procedure and Scholarship for KPS Students Seeking Transfer to KWS

We warmly welcome our stakeholders, both parents and students from KPS to KWS. The admission process remains consistent as described above. However, during registration, it's essential for KPS applicants to state the reason for the change and, if applicable, provide supporting evidence. Additionally, they should reside within a 5km radius of the KWS campus.

Please note that such transfers are permissible only once and require the management's approval. KPS parents are exempted from the Admission Fee.
