Students from Grades 6 to 8 recently participated in a thoughtfully designed two-day session on Puberty and Adolescent Education, aimed at helping them understand the physical, emotional, and psychological changes that occur during adolescence. To ensure accurate, age-appropriate information and a supportive atmosphere, experts in adolescent health and education were invited to lead the sessions.
Through engaging activities and open discussions, students explored the development and functions of both male and female bodies in a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment. Anonymity was encouraged during Q&A segments, allowing students to express their doubts freely and with confidence. These expert-led sessions play a crucial role in fostering self-awareness, promoting healthy attitudes, and equipping students with the knowledge they need to navigate this transformative stage of life.
