Note:

1. Composite School Fees are subject to yearly revision as per the provisions of the Uttar Pradesh Self-Finance Independent Schools (Fee Regulation) Act 2018.
2. All other charges / fees, including Bus Fees, are subject to yearly revision as per Management discretion.
3. The school does not charge any Donation/ Capitation Fees.
4. The School Composite Fee, Extended Day Charges, After School Programme Charges and Transport charges-
   Are to be paid quarterly, before/on the given due dates-
   • 1st quarter (Apr-Jun) by 15th April
   • 2nd quarter (Jul-Sep) by 15th July
   • 3rd quarter (Oct-Dec) by 15th October
   • 4th quarter (Jan-Mar) by 15th January
5. Fee Can be submitted via DD/ Cheque/ Online via School App
6. Fee Is charged for the number of working days of a particular session and is to be paid quarterly in equal instalments for the ease of accounting.
7. This fee is refundable in full, if a new student has not availed the facility even for a single day or else the school’s withdrawal policy will be applicable.
8. After the lapse of the due date of fee payment, only online payment or D.D (along with late fee @ 50/- per day) will be accepted. If the school fee is not paid by 30th day (Jun/Sep/Dec/Mar) of the month of the following quarter, the school shall “struck off” the child’s name from the school rolls after intimating parents.
9. Late fee will be calculated from the next day of the due date till the date fee is received by the school.
10. In case of dishonour of cheque, a sum of 250/- will be levied towards service charge (in addition to the late fee), which will be levied till the date of payment through D.D.
11. In case of payment is made through Debit/Credit card, extra charges as applicable shall be borne by the parent.
12. If the child has attended school even for a single day in the quarter, the entire quarter fee is applicable.

Exclusions-

Following charges are not included in above, are optional and will be charged as per actuals.

• Notebooks, textbooks, stationery items or school uniform etc. which may be purchased from anywhere.
• Charges for excursions, competitive exams, special events which are optional.
• After school / outsourced / optional activity classes.
• Transport fee applicable as per location.

Withdrawal Policy

KWS parents applying for withdrawal from the school, need to send a written intimation on head.admissions@khaitanworld.com , one month prior to the last date of attendance. Should the parent fail to do so, one month notice period shall be deemed payable. Parents are also required to submit the issued belongings such as library books, RFID cards, etc. TC will be issued once the clearance is received from all the departments.

A student will be de-enrolled from the school if he/she is consecutively absent for more than one month without any prior written intimation to the school.

The school also reserves the right to de-enrol a student if fee is not paid within 20-days of the due date, for every quarter, with applicable late fee charges. In case of non-payment of dues, TC shall be issued subsequently with appropriate reasons mentioned therein.
